In order to express the support and best wishes to all Lui Che Woo College (LCWC) students in their final exam, LCWC held a Family Dinner on 12 May 2015. 80 teachers and students came together to share their joyful college life. In distinction to College formal dinner, the family dinner was held in traditional Chinese “round-table” style, and the seats of all participants were pre-arranged. Also, casual wear was allowed. With this specific style and setting, college staff and students sat closely and could meet with more new students, share and chat with each other more easily. By wearing casual wear, students felt more relaxed during the exam period, released their stress temporarily and felt more comfortable to chat and have dinner with others.
At the beginning of the dinner, Prof. Yip Ming-Chuen (Designated Master of LCWC) proposed a toast with the students to express his best wish to the college students for their success in the final exam. During the dinner, Prof. Yip presented the souvenirs to the graduating students and exchange students and proposed a toast to each desk with Dr. Chan Moon Fai (Associate Master and Chief of Students), in   the hope of success for the exam as well as leaving a memorable ending to them.
